Only Regulated Licensed Immigration Consultants or lawyers are allowed to represent you with your immigration or citizenship application and can communicate with the Government of Canada on your behalf. Be aware, if you use an unauthorized representative, in Canada or abroad, IRCC may return your application or refuse it. Please choose your representative carefully.

Asistus represents clients from all over the world. Regardless of which country you are from we can assist you.

When we submit your application, you will have no access to your application from the IRCC Portal.

All the applications are submitted through the IRCC Authorized Representative Portal rather than the client portal. You will have access to all your information through our system.

At Asistus we update our clients on all IRCC notifications within 3 business days. Exceptions may apply in rare cases when priority documentation review is required by our team. This normally that takes no longer than 5 business days.

The Canadian Immigration officer makes the final decisions. Asistus cannot guarantee your application will be approved nor how long it takes to be processed.

At Asistus, we have a proven quality control process to make sure your application is correct and complete. If your application gets refused, we will review the reasons and let you know what needs to be done. If an application is refused it does not mean you cannot proceed any further. Ā 

Asistus advises everyone to avoid all kinds of ghost consultants as well as unethical representatives who ā€œguarantee resultsā€ or they provide ā€œsuccess ratesā€ to grab your attention.

Yes, depending on the reasons for refusal, we can help you. More than 25% of our clients were refused at least once prior to retaining our services.Ā 

We will still require an initial consultation to assess your individual situation and the reasons of your refusal.

The next three main steps:

  1. Make the payment as per the retainer agreement
  2. We will send a list of requested documents and information
  3. Submit to Asistus all requested information.

At Asistus we will develop a plan with a timeline, letting you know how long it will take for us to complete your application.Ā  Once your application is submitted, we will keep you informed of its progress.
